Probably you would not be able to use email or the "Internet" without
GNU software.  At least the editor used for writing all the applications
used to interconnect computers is the GNU Emacs.  The reputation of GNU
software is *much* better than from the company called Microsoft (according
to you their name should better be Megahard :-).
