Problems with a malformed (?) key

Hi,

I got a key from a Debian developer which gnupg got extremely upset
about, so much so it even refused to delete it from the keyring once
it had been added. I assume the key got corrupted in the mail on the
way, though I'm not sure how, since the PGP signature of the mail
checked out okay.

Transcript (minus greeting and ``insecure memory'' warnings) and
original mail follows:

| 16:29:05 at junk| ~/debian-keyring $gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring ./fubar.gpg --import 1
| gpg: keyid 9EB2E7D1: secret key without public key
| gpg: failed to initialize the TrustDB: Public key not found

^^ Incidentally; what's this? It happens even on valid keys.

This is my gpg key. It's signed with my old RSA key.
