0.4.2 help compiling with mingw32

It is compiled with gcc 2.7.2 setup as a cross compiler for mingw32
(see http://www.d.shuttle.de/cpd/mingw32-cpd.html).  I don't know how
it works if your hos is a Windoze box.

I use this:

  ./configure --target=i386--ming32 --disable-nls
