--encrypt-to-self like option

I used to used a 'recipient 0x88322B51' line in my .gnupg/options file
to force this, but now it seems to irk gpgm. Is there a better way to
force this feature automatically? (PGP has an option for it, which
would be a good thing, but I don't know the code well enough to hack
that one. :))

It's sorta annoying to check my sent mail and see a pile of stuff I
can't read. (And I don't like bcc'ing myself, since I save a copy of
sent mail anyway, though that's my current hack.)
