Anyone know much about this? Are these guys associated with GPG? Not?

Release 2.1 of CTC (both CTClib and MacCTC) is available.
CTC is PGP-compatible Freeware (GPL).
CTClib is a crypto library including all PGP5's algorithms plus many
more.
MacCTC is a Macintosh application build with CTClib.
CTCjava is associated Java code.
