Feature Request - extract algo specific keys

Hi:

Having gnupg be able to support RSA & DH/DSS keys is great, however it
leads me to ask if the following functionality could be added to gnupg:

ability to list & export keys depending on algo. used.

ie.	1. list all keys which use RSA, or export all rsa keys?
	2. list and/or export all keys which use IDEA?


having this functionality would, i believe allow better intraoperability
with pgp 26x , 5 & 6x.

Is it a good idea? can/should it be done?
