At least in mcrypt, this is translated.
as for alg list translation I meant translating the underlined:
Cipher: 3DES, CAST5, BLOWFISH, TWOFISH
Pubkey: ELG-E, DSA, ELG
Hash: MD5, SHA1, RIPEMD160
