Building gnupg 0.9.11 on DU4.0

Hi!

It appears that explicitly linking -lc before other libraries triggers
a bug in DU 4.0's linker.  I propose the following patch:

BTW, since you're using libtool and you want dlopen()ing, haven't you
considered using libtool's libltdl, its portable dlopen() interface?
