Hack follows: use GNU make, and

Change line 2003 in configure from

	CFLAGS_RDYNAMIC="-Wl,-export-dynamic"

to

	CFLAGS_RDYNAMIC=""

Then do:

	./configure --enable-static-rnd=unix
	 touch cipher/rndlinux cipher/rndegd cipher/tiger
	 gmake

This should give you a working binary.
