"skipped user ID"?

Hi,

I've got a key here which GnuPG + RSA/RSAREF is refusing, and it's not
being terribly forthcoming as to why.  Plain jane PGP 2.6.3ia accepts
the user ID fine... que?  If it's not just luser error, I can supply
the key(s)...
