Make check fails

I've built gnupg 1.0.1h on a i686 (celeron) system with mandrake
7.1. All went fine, but make check fails due to italian messages, not
correctly managed by the script. To avoid this, I've unset LC_MESSAGES
variable. I don't know if unsetting this var in makefile is a good
solution, but I think that this problem should be solved....
