Minor bug in gnupg v1.0.4 for WIN32

A version 4 public key packet has, according to rfc2440, not a expiry date.
It should
instead be in the self-certification signature.

If I create keypairs and enter 14 days validity, a pubring.gpg wich looks
like the following when listed:

The bug is that an expires field of 0 (does not expire)  is displayed for
the public key packet. This
is rather confusing for the layman.
