Okay. If it is a real pressure for you, than we should change some
of the implementation details. Do you have any numbers?
BTW, it should already be possible to have gpg sit in the
background and feed it with cleartext signatures on which it will
respond with GOOD/BAD status messages (since 1.0.4 ;)
