Libgcrypt 1.1.4 released

I have just released libgcrypt 1.1.4:

(No MD5 sums for this, please check the signatures).

Noteworthy changes in version 1.1.4 (2001-08-03)

  * Arcfour does now work.                   

  * Some minor fixes.

  * Added a first test program

  * Migrated to autoconf 2.52.

The new autoconf stuff has some problems, so you will notice
duplicated files and strange make warnings.
