yet another problem with the 1.0.6b

First I describe my setup - I have a gnupg with my 'main' mua where it is
set to automatically download to check signatures. It does notehing else,
any mail that needs attention of my private key gets  shipped to somewhere
else. Sometimes I download the keyring to other machines to update
keyrings, and once in a year or so I move the keyring away to make gpg to
download new versions of keys. Instead of 1 meg keyring I put there only
small one with my 0x21939169 which is set to be ultimately trusted:

The problem seems to be that the ultimately trusted key is not seen as such.
This may be related to a bug that will be fixed in the new snapshot, but
maybe not.
