gnupg windows installer

Dear all,

I have placed a very coarse version of the
gnupg Windows installer at
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/gnupg/
There you will find an english and german version
and the InnoSetup file (.iss).

My test system was a W2000.

Issues:

* Registry entry for HomeDir does not work
* Registry entry for MODir does not work
* README:
	* Should the current text be kept?
	* A german version (LIESMICH) is missing
* gpa does not work at all
* the installation directory is not added to
	the search path - is it necessary?
* gpgme and mua plugin are missing
* not tested for W95/98/NT/ME

Any hint and help is welcome!
