Compiling GnuPG with Cygnus on Windows

Hi all,

just another Windows problem:

I am trying to compile gnupg 1.0.4 with
the Cygnus gcc.

I have tried both patches, the ones by
Disastry and the ones by David Woakes.

For both the make process stops, because
the include files sys/ipc.h and sys/shm.h
are missing (compiling rndunix).

I have installed the latest cygnus with default
package selection.
What am I missing?
