RPM spec file for GPGME

Hi all,

I'm not a developer as such, but I've put together an RPM spec file for
GPGME so that people (like me) who like to keep things RPMified if
possible can compile it as an RPM.  Where should I submit it to so that it
can be included with distribution versions of GPGME? (obviously it needs
some trivial maintenance between versions too; I'd be happy to do that).
