[gnupg-devel list: I think this is a PGP bug. Is there a way to fix the
keys with PGP?]
Unfortunately, gpg is strict about timestamps:
gpg: public key is 5590 seconds newer than the signature
pub 1280R/969ECE01 1995-09-27 [invalid] UT System OTS Institutional
Certification Service
sig 969ECE01 1995-09-26 UT System OTS Institutional
Certification Service
sig 689DA021 1997-08-04 [User id not found]
sig A80F1F90 1997-08-04 [User id not found]
gpg: public key is 4557 seconds newer than the signature
uid [invalid] <pgp-inst-cert at ots.utexas.edu>
sig 969ECE01 1995-09-26 UT System OTS Institutional
Certification Service
sig 689DA021 1997-08-04 [User id not found]
sig A80F1F90 1997-08-04 [User id not found]
Using the --ignore-time-conflict option in GPG enables it to use the
keys, but does not fix the problem.
