Need help to browse code

I'm a student at DISI (Computer Science Department of Genoa Italy) and I'm
making a report about GPG source code.
In particular, I'd like to make a source-code-diagram to explain to other
students the GPG architecture and techniques (like secure-memory, PRNG and
others).
Do you have some documentation or any other kind of resource that could help
me?
