Bug: 1.0.5: High-ASCII characters in user IDs not properly displayed

I tried setting this in my environment (started out with LANG=se_SE
and LC_COLLATE=C, then redefined LANG=en_US) but it didn't change
anything. ~/.gnupg/options doesn't mention this in its comments.

Where is it supposed to go?
