trust problem in the b snapshot

Affirmative:

pub  1024D/21939169  created: 1997-09-24 expires: never      trust: u/u

And all of the above listed (introducing) keys are signed with it.

In the desperation I ran gpg --update-trustdb which asked for trust level
for the imported key and set it properly:

pub  1024D/7AA3260A  created: 2000-05-13 expires: never      trust: m/f

but, I repeat, this is AFTER --update-trustdb, which defies the purpose of
importing keys on demand.

I also see problems with output of Unicode user IDs - this key has some
national characters in on of its IDs and they get trashed (this was visible
in the original report) while vanilla 1.0.6 displays it properly.
