[GPGME] Bug#141990: libgpgme-dev: typo in info pages (from: wichert@wiggy.net)

 One thing more about the GPGME doc... I canot still see the patch I
 sent to gpgme.texi about the problem with the info files beig gerated
 (I mean, the lack of a dot)

     The function `gpgme_op_sign_start' initiates a `gpgme_op_sign'

Looks like the function name is missing a _start on that first line.
