GPGME export secret key

There won't be a way to export secret keys as long as we don't have a
new transport format for the keys.  Fortunately a new OpenPGP draft is
now out and we might want to add this to gpg 1.0.7.  Adding support
for gpgme then is no problem.

Don't know about you other problem.
