dsa factor still missing?

It looks like gpg 1.0.6e is still generating DSA keys that are missing one of
the factors of (p-1)/2, as I noticed earlier.

If I take (p-1)/2 and divide off q and the given factors, I'm still left with
a large composite number. This isn't a big problem, but it looks like an easy
fix.
Or maybe I'm misunderstanding how the factor entries are supposed to work, in
which case maybe someone can straighten me out.
