To partly import a key when *some* keymaterial was found is probably not
a bad idea. But perhaps the error message shown could be different if no
PGP block was found at all or if there was one but it was not valid. If
the message above had been 'WARNING: OpenPGP data incomplete, further
errors possible' ore something like that, the user would probably not be
confused seeing that *something* is still imported.
