Problems with gnupg.org

I tried viewing the web page that covers how to check out documents
from Agypten CVS:
  http://cvs.gnupg.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/aegypten-specs/README?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup&cvsroot=Project+Aegypten

and get a page with viewcvs.py errors:

Also, I cannot get into ftp.gnupg.org to download gpgme.
