The Microsoft license for Windows does not understand that certain
companies have no choice to integrate Free Software - the reasons may
be out of their...

You are free to accept the conditions of a license; you are not
required to accept it.  The simple deal is, that if you don't play by
the give rules you can't use it legally.

Having the ARR in the unhashed area was serious enough to NAI to
release an updated version very soon.
