aborting (or finishing) pending operations in GPGME

This has been fixed by making gpgme_wait reset the pending flag.

This has been fixed by adding a STATUS argument to gpgme_wait.  It is now
close to the semantics of waitpid.  I also fixed the code to support ctx
being non-NULL.
