The gpg-agent is a program similar to ssh-agent in function, that allows the
user to type in the passphrase once for a whole session.

If a gpg-agent is running in the background, the GPG_AGENT_INFO variable
will contain information used by GnuPG to contact it.

All of this should be transparent to users of gpgme.  The test suite just
has special requirements to get a well defined test environment.
