w32 test please

Hi!

I have just created a new binary package of GnuPG for Windows to fix
the zlib bug.  I have currently no running Windows system here, so I
need a volunteer to test this build.  It is available as

  ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/test/gnupg-w32-1.0.6-2.zip (689k)

As soon as a get a report that there are no new bugs in it, I will
move it one directory up.  The changes are in the diff file and only
related to the compression code.
