Generating PGP 2.6.2-compatible RSA signing keys with GnuPG

But DSS is limited to 1024 bit, the strength of which may not be taken for
granted anymore considering recent developments. If we have to be
incompatible, let's do it planning ahead, or else in a few years we'll have
to change again.
