AFAICT, MSDN-online is/was 100% in sync with the offline available
versions (3 cdrom disk/DVD distribution), the only 'but' is that it is
uptodate, meaning older information isn't there anymore (or much harder
to find).
This was a pain in the b*tt when I was working with crypto APIs for
win95 in the 2000, it's not always clear which API works with which
version. I have no idea if it's any better for the DDK.
I seem to have trouble accessing it right now with Galeon, but that is
sort-of to be expected.

That is part of the MSDN library, too. You can also just download it
from the MS website: http://www.microsoft.com/ddk/W2kDDK.asp
It says there that the DDK has all the info, libraries, manuals and
samples you'll ever need. It's a 67MB download, tho.
