GPG 1.0.6 bug - sign/encrypt/decrypt 0 bytes.

Hi,

If I sign/encrypt & then decrypt 0 bytes, I get junk. I don't get 0 bytes.
If I use even one byte, I have no problems. If I just encrypt/decrypt 0
bytes, I get 0 bytes in return. But if I sign, I have problems. Is this a
known bug with GPG? Or am I not understanding & using GPG properly?

Thanks!

Sandeep.
