GnuPG 1.0.7a+ DIRSEP

I have noticed that new DIRSEPs have been committed to the GnuPG 1.07a+
tree.  I would like to include them in a future win32 release, but I am
unsure about whether to change certain paths or not.

Currently, I use the following defaults:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mingw32\NLS]
"MODir"="C:/GnuPG/Locale"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GNU\GnuPG]
"HomeDir"="C:/GnuPG"

load-extension Lib/idea
load-extension Lib/tiger
load-extension Lib/sha2

Should all of these be changed from '/' to '\' in 1.0.7a+ versions?
