GnuPG 1.2.0 + Win32 + MingW2.0

You can also install cygwin, get the gnupg-1.2.0-1 test package with sources
and build the *mingw32* version. Follow the instructions in the source package!

ATTENTION! I am *not* talking about a cygwin version which needs cygwin1.dll,
I really mean mingw32.
