GPGME 0.3 branch

Hi,

The next major release of GPGME will have its API cleaned up a bit more.
Some deprecated functions will go, the data abstraction will be rewritten,
and maybe more. Functions will change their behaviour in subtle ways (like
error return values), hopefully for the better. Version dependencies on the
backend engines will be tightened. Things like that.

However, parallel to that, gpgme 0.3.x will continue to be supported and
will not have any non-backward-compatible API changes. It didn't have any
significant API changes (only additions) since 0.3.1, and we are not going
to start now.

For the time being, most people will want to stay with gpgme 0.3.x, until
the new development version has been stabilized and 0.4.0 has been released.
To do this, move to the gpgme-0-3-branch:

If you check out the source, do:

cvs checkout -r gpgme-0-3-branch gpgme

If you already have a checkout and want to move it to the branch:

cvs update -r gpgme-0-3-branch

If you don't do that, and just stay on the HEAD branch, you will get to see
all the new breakages and bugs ;)

Thanks,
Marcus
