{administrivia} problems with list moderation

Hello All

There are some problems with mailman that runs the list. Until further
notice (RSN I hope) there is no way to approve non-subscribers postings to
the list. There are about 25 waiting in the queue. Members only posting will
be disabled until this is fixed. Unluckily this means that it will be
possible for spam to get to the list.
