This isn't really a fixable problem, except by trimming the list of
user IDs to the one that you want. There is no guarantee of ordering
in the list of user IDs (keyservers can rearrange them, for example),
and so "first" is not reliable. You just got lucky that PGP did it in
the order you wanted.
