That'll teach me not to assume the fix was only for HP-UX and not to patch
based on an older version before I try a build.  configure reports:

  checking whether LDAP via "-lldap -llber -lresolv" is present and sane...=
 no
  checking whether I can make LDAP be sane with lber.h... no
  checking whether LDAP via "-lldap -llber" is present and sane... yes

and I got gpgkeys_ldap using an unmodified build (of 1.1.92).
