gpgme_op_delete doesn't seem to do anything

Delete never worked with GnuPG 1.0.x (in batch mode), and probably never
will.  The bug that prevented it from working was in GnuPG and is now
fixed for the upcoming version 1.2.  When 1.2 is released, the README
will be changed.
