translation remarks before 1.2

Hello

As I'm preparing polish translatoin to release to Werner for inclusion in
1.2, I found following problems:

1) Some of the messages, while translated in the localization, are still
   displayed in raw english: 

gpg: sprawdzanie na głębokości 0 podpisów =32 ot(-/q/n/m/f/u)=0/0/0/0/0/3)
gpg: key C51F0AB4: no subkey for subkey revocation packet

2) there are messages created from separate phrases which are paritally a
subject of localization, ad partially not:

pub  4096R/46399138  utworzony: 2002-08-16, ważny do: never      zaufanie: -/-
                                                      ~~~~~
There is no way to have the 'never' translated.

Similar thing for warning messages on directories:

alex at FUCKUP:[~]:27:0:> chmod 777 .gnupg
alex at FUCKUP:[~]:28:0:> /usr/local/bin/gpg --edit-key <x>
gpg: OSTRZEŻENIE: niebezpieczne prawa dostępu do katalogu

and on the way to sign a key:

3) I think there should be a 'suggestion limit' on UIDs. This would defer
some people from creating extremely long uids which trash on-screen
rendering of messages.
