Compilation Problem with Cygwin32 and Windows

Hi

I'm trying to compile GnuPG in Windows with Cygwin32.
I've installed Ming32 (with binutils and Gcc)
And i've Unzipped the gnupg source.

The ./configure command had worked fine
but "make" doesn't want to...
I've got some errors with the G10 directory (the most important for me!! :o( )

For example, i've been searching for the R_OK var and didn't find its definition anywhere!!!
Is there someone who can help me??
