[gpgme] How to list all keys with secret keys

You mean CTX, NULL, 1 here.

A secret key is a different key from the public key.  Together they are a
key pair.  Both belong to the same user.  Both are individually stored and
manipulated (listed, etc) as far as GPGME is concerned.
