status message missing for invalid signer

Hi,

with -u userid specifying an invalid user id, gpg does not emit a status
message.

gpgsm emits INV_RECP in this case.  It would be more consistent to rename
INV_RECP to INV_USERID, but I don't really care, as it is not exposed to the
user.

The status message is needed to ensure that all signers have been used,
otherwise counting of the SIG_CREATED messages is needed, but that doesn't
tell us which user ids failed.
