1.2.2rc1: --no-default-keyring an no other keyrings

Hello,

When using GnuPG 1.2.2rc1 with no --keyring options and with
--no-default-keyring it still uses ~/.gnupg/pubring.gpg

| weasel at valiant:~$ gpg --no-options --no-default-keyring --list-key
| /home/weasel/.gnupg/pubring.gpg
| -------------------------------
| pub  1024D/B56952FC 2001-10-04 jernej horvat (dnrc) <j at aufbix.org>
| sub  1024g/201AD39F 2001-10-04
| [...]

Is this the intended behaviour?

I would have expected the same behaviour as with
| gpg --no-options --no-default-keyring --keyring /dev/null --list-key
