Annoying bug: gpg-agent+gnupg and cancelling in pinentry-* repops pinentry two times

Thre are also other problems with GnuPG's use of gpg-agent and we
can't do a clean solution without changing a lot of code.  This is not
good for a gnupg-stable.

I have to think about this.  Might be a good interim solution.
