gpgme/win32 not working after 2003-06-11

Hi,

I just encountered a strange problem using gpgme-0.3.12 or gpgme-0.3.15
(built with MSVC) under Win32:

Once the system date is later than June, 11th 2003, gpgme_op_sign()
stops with a return value of "No Data". Setting the clock back to
this date (or earlier), everything works well.

I tested gpg-1.2.1-nr1 as well as gpg-1.2.2, results are the same.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem or does anyone have an idea
where the date problem might come from?
