If the partner using Network Associates PGP 7.1.2 on a mainframe =
platform, (MVS, OS/390, z/OZ), then this is a know default code page =
issue - have them switch to US ASCII as the default code page.

Subject: [ ] ^ Incompatibility Network Associates PGP 7.1.2 vs. GnuPG
1.2.1=20
It appears that there are 3 characters that are being translated =
improperly
between GnuPG and PGP:
[ ] ^
The following clear text that was encrypted with GnuPG 1.2.1 and sent to
trading partner:
~!@#$%^&*()_+`[]\;',./{}|:"<>?_+-=3D
The following is what trading partner gets when they decrypted with =
Network
Associates PGP 7.1.2:
~!@#$%=AC&*()_+`=DD=A8\;',./{}|:"<>?_+-=3D
Is this a bug, user error or Incompatibility in products ????
Thanks for your time.
I've read the logs on http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/
<http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/> is there somewhere else to look?
I apologize for sending to 3 user groups... I wasn't sure where this =
best
fit.
