LDAP Keyserver Schemas

Sorry if this question gets raised all the time, but is there any
published standard for an openldap keyserver schema that the GnuPG
backend talks to?

I have seen a few old entries on various mailing lists, but so far have
only been able to track down

which appears to omit any form of indexing on cn, mail, etc for
keyserver searching.

I am very keen to build my own ldap-based keyserver, but for some
reason, any form of keyserver documentation on the web seems non-existant!
